Transaction management for one deal that has to close.
You've decided to do the deal. Your counsel, finance team and executives are in place. What's missing is someone whose only job is to keep the transaction moving: tracking every open item, getting decisions made and making sure no workstream is waiting on another. That's the role we fill.

Frequently asked
What is transaction management?
It's the coordination work between strategy and the legal documents: keeping the plan, owners, decisions and deadlines for a deal in one place, and making sure they move. Each advisor handles their own piece. Transaction management connects them.
How is this different from an investment bank?
Bankers run a sale or financing process and advise on value. We don't. We manage execution across all parties, including your bankers if you have them. Plenty of transactions don't involve a banker at all.
Do you replace our lawyers?
No. We don't provide legal advice. We make sure your counsel gets business decisions and information when they need them, so legal work isn't left waiting.
Can you work with us remotely?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across the U.S. and internationally.
